Since sponsorships are voluntary contributions, they are non-refundable. By making a sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree that all contributions are final.
Exceptions We may issue refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
If an error occurred in the payment process causing duplicate charges.
If you accidentally contributed an incorrect amount and request a refund within 24 hours.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
